FAQ

Pricing & Billing

Here we explain how we estimate, bill, and structure payments in a transparent, predictable way.
How do you price projects?

We avoid fixed quotes because software projects are inherently unpredictable and requirements almost always shift. Instead, we provide our best estimate based on what we know at the time. A fixed price would require us to add a large buffer to cover uncertainty.

Working on an hourly or time‑based estimate is fairer for both sides: you only pay for the actual work done, and we don’t need to inflate costs to protect a fixed price.

If you prefer a fixed quote, we can of course prepare one for you.

What affects the cost of a project?

Scope, complexity, integrations, design needs, and the condition of your existing site.

What are your payment terms?

We typically take a deposit upfront, with the remaining work billed monthly based on the actual time spent. This keeps things transparent and aligned with the progress of your project.
