AAT Kings approached us to take over the support and development of their Silverstripe platforms, a suite of around ten websites, including their primary consumer site at aatkings.com. As part of this transition, they needed a new, modern trade platform that could support their global network of travel agents.

Their existing setup relied on two separate systems depending on the type of tour being booked, and many bookings still had to be handled manually via phone or email. This created inefficiencies, delays, and a fragmented experience for agents.

They needed a single, unified platform that streamlined the booking process, centralised resources, and made it easier for agents worldwide to sell AAT Kings tours.

Our Solution

We designed and built a new responsive Silverstripe platform that brings all trade functionality into one place. The new system allows agents to search for tours, check availability, and complete bookings online, eliminating the need for manual processing and reducing the risk of errors.

Beyond bookings, the platform also serves as a comprehensive resource hub. Agents can access brochures, videos, images, and sales collateral, and each agent is connected with their dedicated AAT Kings representative for personalised support.

The result is a modern, efficient, and user‑friendly trade portal that supports agents globally and streamlines AAT Kings’ internal operations.
